We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site or our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this Site or any of our services, you affirm that:

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS & BILLING (INCLUDING CLASSY CUSTOMS)

If you purchase a digital product, consulting service, subscription, or access to Classy Customs (our proprietary software platform), you agree to the following:

All fees are clearly stated at the point of purchase and must be paid in full or according to any agreed-upon payment schedule.
Subscriptions (including software access) are billed on a recurring basis, typically monthly, unless otherwise stated.
You authorize Jessica Quinones Consulting, LLC to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis without requiring further authorization, until you cancel in accordance with these Terms.

Cancelation Policy: Cancelation requests must be submitted in writing at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges. No partial-month refunds will be issued.

Failure to Pay: If payment is not successfully completed, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to services, including Classy Customs, until payment is resolved.

6. USE OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & CLASSY CUSTOMS SOFTWARE

Our software services are provided through our custom platform known as Classy Customs. You acknowledge and agree that:

Classy Customs is provided “as-is” and “as available,” and we make no warranties or guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or third-party integration performance.
You are solely responsible for how you use the software and for complying with any applicable laws related to your use.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or misuse of Classy Customs or any third-party platforms integrated with it.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Site or Services to:

Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or abusive material.
Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
Infringe upon the rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
Upload viruses or malicious code.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts in violation of these standards.

8. DISCLAIMERS

No Guarantee of Results: While we provide systems, strategies, and software designed to improve your business outcomes, we do not guarantee any specific results. Your results depend on your personal efforts, implementation, and market conditions.

Use or inability to use the Site, Services, or Classy Customs software
Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in content or platform access
Unauthorized access or alterations to your transmissions or data

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jessica Quinones Consulting, LLC, its officers, affiliates, and team members from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

Your violation of these Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Virginia for any legal action arising from these Terms.
